Website Subscription Survey

Members of Lafayette Class of '62:

Our website subscription with Class Creator will expire on November 19, 2015. In order for the website to continue, we need to have your input as well as your financial support.

If we do nothing, the website will continue for free. However, we would lose many of the features that we have now, and advertising chosen by Class Creator will appear on the site.

The Premium subscription level is 100% ad free and allows us to present surveys like this, as well as receive personal Help Desk support from Class Creator support staff. The Premium Level cost is $150 for one year and $350 for three years.

Please respond to the following Survey Questions no later than Monday, November 2, 2015.  Survey results will be posted on that date.
